The pockets actually make a lot of sense and are really handy. The straps took me a little while to adjust, though that might just be me not setting them up right at first. Once I messed with them a bit, it felt much better.

Mostly I was just relieved I didn’t have to chase anyone down with emails or explain what I already ordered. Straightforward order, and they managed to get it right.

They did get back to me after a few days and helped me sort things out, which I appreciate. Still, the response felt slow, and I was expecting at least a quick apology for the wait.

Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled. Not the quickest process, but they stood behind their gear, and I’d be comfortable buying from them again.
